Our new book, “The Post-Baker House”, written by Keith Doherty, is now live on Amazon. It chronicles one of the oldest and most densely historical structures in the village of Hastings-on-Hudson. The house was built by Peter Post–traditionally regarded as the village’s resident Revolutionary War hero–around 1770. Subsequently it was remodeled in the mid-nineteenth century into what became Hastings’ longest-lived commercial enterprise, the Baker Funeral Home. We invite everyone to have a look! Here’s the link:
